How often can you be on to administrate and do you have any regularly scheduled conflicts? (Ex. On Mondays I have private lessons between 5:30-8:00 EST) Yes since im at college my time really cant not be set since anything can happen but from 4:30 PM CDT to 11:00 PM CDT is most likely when I can be on to administrate.

How Long Have You Played HaloRP: Ever since it started so 2-3 days ago

Do you have admin experience? If so describe/list your experiences and if possible provide a reference: well I was a admin on a server but it never got started so I got to put no as my answer to that.

Past punishments on our servers?: I have no punishments on any of your servers.

Why do you want to become a staff member? (50+ Words, be specific to our server in you answer):
I want to become staff to do the things I was raised to do. I was taught to help others when ever they need, no matter if kind or rude. I was taught to protect what I believe in and if I believe this server is great (which I do) then I will defend it till I leave it. I was taught to be kind to everyone, if I'm not kind to a person that has treated me kind then I shouldn't be typing this. And finally I was taught to respect, I respect anyone on the server who gives it back, if you believe I can do this then I do too. If you respect and trust me enough to give me a shot then I respect you for your kindness towards me sir(s).

What skills do you have with ULX Admin mod?: yes I know how to use these tools.

What good could you bring us by becoming a staff member? ( 100+ Words): I could bring a friendly attitude and face onto the HaloRP server whenever it is needed. I will not be a dick to anyone when handling a problem since by doing that your just making it worse. My job is to handle a problem or help out in a friendly and calm matter, which I will do. I will not argue with higher staff since they have more experience and know more about the system, so instead I will learn from the experience they have and use that towards my future endeavors. I'm also a very thoughtful person when it comes to warns or even bans, I need to learn what really happened before I randomly warn or ban cause I'm not lazy when it comes to my job. Yes I will treat this as my job since I have sign up for it and I will stick it out to the end, no slacking, no arguing, no rude behavior, and no being stupid.

Do you understand that being a staff member will require you to be active on the server or else you will be removed?:Yes I understand that I have to active on this server, cause like I stated in the forum that this is my job.

Do you also understand that becoming a staff member is a privilege and can be taken away instantly if you do not follow our rules and guidelines?: I understand that with this honor that if I do something wrong, I can use my rank.

What would be a good time to contact you for an interview? Monday at 7:00 PM Central, if not that time then Tuesday-Friday at 5:00 PM Central and Maybe this Sunday at 11:00 PM Central if it gets looked at right away.

Can you use Teamspeak 3? Yes my teamspeak name is Varian and I usually am in the 71st channel or 57th's channel (kawaii)
