I would act kind to the ones that are not being huge minges and I would treat them with the respect I want them to treat me with. I would not order them around unless they do something bad or if I am ordered to or if I am suppose to be leading.

(NO LESS THAN 300 WORDS)Spartan Name Alpha-738 Back Story Alpha was taken like most kids, taken from there parents to be trained to be spartan II's, Alpha became a Aggressive and Tactical Spartan. Alpha listens to commands with out refusing, and hates people that disobeys orders. Alpha was told as a kid his parents were killed by Covenant, This fueled his rage and anger for the Covenant. Alpha went to become A Aggressive fighter in Hand to Hand combat, and OK at Close Quarter Combat. Alpha is a excellent lock pick he can get through any door in minutes. Alpha has a Wife and two young boys his wife is a Spartan III, but their two boys were killed by Energy swords in a Covenant attack, they tried to protect them but couldn't Alphas wife was seriously injured but Alpha protected her until marine and O.D.S.T. Reinforcements came to help. Unfortunately She died from blood lost, Alpha was devastated his wife died, they had a 21 gun salute to the three on them. But Alpha was punished for having a family because he was trained to kill, not to be distracted. Alpha was deployed to the planet reach on the last days of reach Alpha Found a bunch of marines with a few O.D.S.T.s guarding a town of UNSC Civilians he hurried the Civilians and Marines and O.D.S.T. into a pelican which went to a Civilian transport ship. Alpha was then Assigned to protect a huge Military transport ship where he would meet commander snow, they had to defend it till every last spartan. A lot of Spartans died protecting it until the were order to get into the ship because a team called Nobel team was coming through they had released the ship letting it retreat with a lot of Civilian and Military personal on it. That day Snow had become Alphas friend and had Alpha reassigned to his squad.
